How much bullying goes on in your school? Is it limited to a particular year group or class? Is it happening in your staffroom? For realistic answers to these questions it may be useful to conduct an audit. An audit could involve interviews with people who are more likely to confide their worries or concerns to an outsider so that decisions can be made as to how to proceed. Alternatively, a questionnaire could be filled in anonymously by a limited number of people. Carrie will analyse the data collected and give you advice on where to go from here.
