This workshop focuses on strategies for dealing with bullies and victims. Many of the strategies described and used in this workshop have arisen from the work Carrie has done with students at the Red Balloon Learner Centre, a school where children who have been bullied can go to study in a safe learning environment.

The sessions will include:

strategies for empowering the bullied child

using drama as a method for behaviourchange and problem solving

dealing with a bullying class

using the no-blame approach

negotiating and conciliating

building self-esteem
