The main aim of this seminar is to provide information for chief executives and senior managers within an organisation so that they can effectively and efficiently handle incidents of harassment. During the day we shall discuss the distinction between the various forms of harassment, look at the role of the manager, suggest how to intervene appropriately and help recipients find strategies for dealing with the unwanted behaviour themselves. We shall also discuss how to handle informal and formal complaints and explore management responsibilities with regard to the alleged perpetrator.
