Carrie Herbert Consultancy is a small company, specialising in a niche-market - the management of harassment and bullying in the workplace. Carrie Herbert is one of the leading specialists in this area in the UK, with twenty years’ experience of dealing with these issues. Dr Herbert offers a variety of workshops designed to suit the client, ranging from awareness-raising, dealing with incidents of bullying and harassment, investigating claims and writing reports and recommendations, and problem-solving and team-building with groups of staff adversely affected by conflict.

Her other area of expertise is countering bullying in schools, for which purpose she works with students, staff and parents.
Carrie Herbert Consultancy has recently begun to offer training for managers at every level. This portfolio is handled by Steve Roberts, an experienced trainer.
