The aim of this half-day course is to provide participants with the skills to help them manage their time so that they can become more effective in what they do. It focuses on a 'work smarter not harder' philosophy by discussing the various methods for improving time management at work. During the three hours we shall be discussing the ways in which poor management, paper work, phone calls, other interruptions and work overload can all contribute to us working inefficiently and ineffectively. If we managers are efficient in our time use we can help our team become equally good at time management.
