General Training for Staff

The main aim of this workshop is to introduce participants to the topic of harassment at work and generally raise awareness of various forms of harassment. We shall clarify our understanding of the term, examine the abuse of power that underlies it, analyse the contexts in which harassment occurs, and discuss the myths and misconceptions which surround it. During the training we shall also look at the law, what your policy says, the grievance procedure, and personal strategies for combating this unwanted and unlawful behaviour.
