The main aim of this workshop is to train people within an organisation to direct an investigation into a case of bullying or harassment. We shall be looking at the role of the investigator and learning the skills of interviewing, recording and reporting. In addition, we shall be discussing the principles and procedures of ensuring a fair and rigorous investigation.
